Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Medical Renewals:
• Oversee the renewal process for individual medical insurance policies.
• Ensure timely interaction with clients to assess their requirements and accordingly suggest suitable options for the renewal.
• Follow up with clients for policy renewals.
• Client Interaction & Policy Management:
• Call and collect feedback from clients regarding their insurance policies.
• Advise clients on the suitability of policies and its coverages.
• Claims Management:
• Manage the end-to-end process of claim handling.
• Follow up with insurance companies and TPAs for approvals, reimbursements, and any other escalations.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate degree is acceptable.
• At least 2-3 years of experience with any insurance brokerage Firm.
• Proven experience in medical insurance operations or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
